Ahmed Zafar, RPh., is a registered pharmacist and manufacturing professional with more than two decades of multidisciplinary experience across pharmaceutical production, sterile medical-device manufacturing, production and operations management, and UAE community-pharmacy practice.

From 2003 to 2008 at Schazoo Zaka, his work progressed through sterile ophthalmic manufacturing, oral solid dosage, and pharmaceutical packaging. His responsibilities included aseptic and cleanroom operations, tablets, capsules, sachets, in-process controls, BMR/BPR execution, line clearance, reconciliation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing readiness.

From 2009 to 2015 at Lahore Medical Instruments, he supported and then managed production of sterile disposable syringes and infusion giving sets across injection molding, tubing extrusion, assembly, blister packaging, and EtO sterilization in cGMP and ISO 13485-aligned operations.

From 2015 to 2025 in Sharjah, he served as In-Charge Pharmacist at Bab Al Hikma Pharmacy and Pharmacist at Al Washah Pharmacy, combining dispensing and patient counselling with team leadership, inventory, procurement, supplier coordination, insurance workflows, documentation, and customer service.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, he applies this end-to-end perspective to Misbah Healthcare’s product, manufacturing, distribution, private-label, regulatory, and digital-health pathways, with quality, evidence, ethics, and patient safety as decision controls.
